The role

- Ensure exceptional teaching, a broad and ambitious curriculum and a nurturing, inclusive culture where every pupil thrives academically, socially and personally.
- Build leadership capacity across the academy and motivate staff, pupils, families and the wider community.
- Maintain and enhance the academy's high standards of achievement, wellbeing and inclusion, championing continuous improvement.
