What skills and experience we're looking for

The Headteacher of Loddon Primary School is responsible to the Governing Body. The Headteacher will provide strategic leadership as well as being the leading professional within the school responsible for securing high-quality teaching, strong pupil progress, and a positive, inclusive culture enabling staff and pupils to reach their full potential.

The Headteacher will be an experienced school leader who will be able to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, work closely with governors to shape the school’s vision, and ensure effective management of staff, resources, and safeguarding. The role requires inspiring and developing others, maintaining high expectations across the school community, and ensuring the school delivers an ambitious, broad curriculum that enables every child to thrive.
