Following the retirement of an Executive Principal, the Directors of the Trust are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic leader to the position of Headteacher.
We believe that this role will appeal to ambitious, talented senior leaders, who can bring inspirational leadership to foster an exceptional learning environment.
We are looking for someone who will:
• Provide strong, focused and professional leadership
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the local community
• Promote excellent standards of teaching and positive attitudes to learning
• Ensure a continued rise in academic achievement
• Develop an innovative and inspiring curriculum
• Prioritise the wellbeing of students and staff
• Uphold the inclusive principles that are integral to our ethos
This post will suit an experienced Headteacher/Head of School looking for exciting new challenges or exceptional Deputy Headteachers who are ready for headship. You will need to provide evidence of an outstanding 'track record' to date. You will need to be highly motivated and passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
