The Wilnecote School is part of The Community Academies Trust which is a successful, forward-thinking organisation which maintains high expectations of staff and students.

We are seeking a Headteacher's PA & HR Administrator who will support the HR functions at The Wilnecote School, working under the direction of the Senior Leadership team and the Trust.

The successful candidate will have high expectations and a commitment creating strong relationships with students, parents, staff and external agencies. We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our students and their communities.

The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and a good standard of education, including a minimum of five GCSEs at grades A*-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths. A CIPD Level 3 qualification, or working towards it, is also desirable. The post holder will have experience working in an administrative role, ideally within an HR environment, with strong literacy, numeracy, organisational, and communication skills. They will be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, work methodically, and maintain excellent attention to detail. A sound knowledge of safeguarding, recruitment, and Keeping Children Safe in Education is essential. The role requires someone who can communicate effectively with staff at all levels, demonstrate emotional resilience, use their initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A commitment to equality and inclusion is fundamental to this position.
