Contract: Permanent - Term-Time 37 hours per week plus one additional week & 5 days INSET

Pay Grade: H7 to H8 (dependent on experience in similar role)

Actual Salary: £29,752 - £35,340 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Robert Barclay Academy for a PA to the Headteacher / Office Manager to manage the small but dedicated admin team.

The position would suit an experienced PA / Office Manager or Administration Assistant looking for the next stage in their career. The successful candidate will be hard working, flexible and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive school. You will provide a confidential and personal PA / secretarial support to the Headteacher. In addition, you will line manage the admin office team to ensure that they support the school efficiently and effectively; whilst undertaking key administrative roles in support of the senior leadership team and staff.
