Are you an organised and proactive professional who thrives on supporting excellence in education? Charters School, a high-performing and oversubscribed comprehensive school with approximately 1,700 students (including 360 in our Sixth Form), is looking for a dedicated Headteacher’s PA to provide exceptional administrative support and contribute to our school’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the Headteacher with high-quality, accurate, and timely administrative support.
  • Support the school’s ambition to improve and sustain the highest levels of student achievement through effective administrative leadership.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating passion and ambition aligned with the school’s values.
  • Show resilience and skill in prioritising and delegating administrative tasks.
  • Implement effective strategies to enhance achievement and progress, including seeking out best practices and engaging in coaching, mentoring, and open dialogue.
  • Work with confidentiality and professionalism with the Trustee Board, leadership team, and staff.
  • Ensure all actions comply with statutory safeguarding requirements.

  • A highly organised, communicative, and proactive individual.
  • Someone adaptable with excellent prioritisation and delegation skills.
  • Commitment to upholding the school’s ethos and safeguarding standards.
  • Experience in a PA or administrative role within an educational environment is preferred.
