Headteacher SEN Academy job summary
Two Heads Are Better Than One! Having survived the pandemonium of pandemic we decided we needed a little more excitement to keep the blood pumping and the heart pounding. So we decided that a shuffle was in order. We set the metronome to ‘Allegro Vivace’, spun around manically, and when the music came to a sudden stop we had a full Trust team but nobody sitting in the Headteacher hot-seats.
And so we are head-hunting on a grand scale. Our two stunning schools (Kingsley Special Academy and Red Kite Special Academy) are calling out to extraordinary candidates who love learning as much as we do, exceptional people who talk straight, but never think straight, amazing teachers with a flair for wonder, super leaders whose passion is more infectious than…, let’s not go there.
We would like to start our September year (or January year) with you calling the shots, holding the tiller, leading the charge. If you are a special special school teacher with a taste for leadership, a head full of ideas and keen to help make our new tomorrow, we would love to hear from you.
