St Mary’s C of E (Aided) Primary School, Chipping Norton
The Governors of St Mary’s are looking to appoint a passionate dynamic individual who can mould the future of our warm and inclusive school positioned on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds.
St Mary’s offers a child focused inclusive approach to education where we look to develop the whole child as created by God. We believe that children are best equipped to flourish in all aspects of their lives when they are valued, respected and treated as whole and developing people. Our expectation is that all members of the school community reflect these values and act as role models, both for our children, and for each other.
We are seeking a strong leader who shares our vision for holistic education flowing out of our Christian values, who can communicate that vision passionately and gather others around it, and who perceives the broad demographic of families that we serve as an exciting challenge to be embraced.
The new Headteacher will take the school on the next stage of its journey and who will develop the pupils and staff in new ways. We are seeking a leader who will ensure will that each and every child has the best possible learning experience and seek their full potential.
We expect that you will have demonstrable experience of strong educational leadership and management skills. You will be a great communicator, engaging and have the ability to embrace change. You will be able to engage children, staff, governors and parents in developing the school’s image and presence within the wider community. You will develop our core values and lead the school.
We are looking for someone who can provide a strong and stable leadership, who can demonstrate the skills and vision to develop the school for the future.
