What skills and experience we're looking for

Applications are invited from existing headteachers, deputy headteachers, assistant headteachers or senior leaders with appropriate leadership experience.

Our successful candidate will:

Governors are seeking someone who:

  • will uphold and continue to nurture a rich and broad-based curriculum that both excites our teachers to teach and inspires our children to learn;
  • has a proven track record in providing inspirational, strategic, and professional leadership;
  • will lead our school team in continuing to provide an outstanding education for all our children, ensuring that they are both supported and challenged to reach their God-given potential;
  • has a passionate commitment to safeguarding and the welfare and wellbeing of all;
  • will be an enthusiastic team leader, and work assiduously in partnership with our parents and our parish.
