Headteacher job summary

The Pioneer Academy Trust and Governors of Stewart Fleming Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational and committed leader to take on the role of Headteacher from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and experienced leader to shape the future of our outstanding school. We welcome applications from candidates with experience of headship.

The successful individual will have a key remit to further develop the improvement plan, while continuing to raise standards and promote strong values.
