The Role

Governors are seeking an outstanding and ambitious Headteacher who will:

  • Provide visible, collaborative leadership across the school community, building on an established school culture
  • Develop our strong academic tradition within a nurturing environment where every student is valued for their unique qualities as a member of the school community.
  • Champion inclusivity and social justice, empowering all members of the school community to enact positive change
  • Lead, develop and support a talented staff team through a period of change
  • Work in partnership with an experienced and committed Governing Board
  • Bring energy, resilience and sound judgement to the daily challenges of running an excellent school, consistently seeking the best outcomes within a shared vision
  • Take on an existing new build project, due for completion in 2030
