What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a confident and caring individual who:
- Has proven leadership skills and an understanding of teamwork in a small school
- Will develop the school’s ethos of achieving high academic standards while still allowing for creativity and enrichment within the curriculum
- Is responsible for daily management of the school with some cover teaching when required
- Is forward-looking and proactive by evaluating research and working collaboratively
- Has an understanding of the demands of small schools and their commitments

Sytchampton is a happy, successful rural primary school which sits on the A449 between Worcester and Kidderminster. It is a thriving school since converting from a first to a primary school in September 2015.
