As Headteacher, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, working in partnership with staff, families, governors, and the Trust to ensure the highest standards of education and care. You will champion an inclusive culture, inspire excellent teaching and learning, and ensure that every child achieves their full potential.
Our children benefit from a rich and engaging curriculum, enhanced by a well-established Forest School programme that promotes resilience, curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. As a school serving a significant RAF community, we are proud of the strong support we provide to service families and the welcoming environment we create for all pupils.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. This post will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, medical and reference checks. In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education, we will carry out internet searches to support our commitment to safer recruitment.
