What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Have extensive previous experience of working as part of a Senior Leadership Team
- Be able to demonstrate success at leading school improvement and raising education standards for children
- Possess a leadership qualification or working towards
- Possess the ability to empower staff and include them in the next stages of the schools journey
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Align to the mission, vision and values of Bradgate Education Partnership
