The successful candidate must:

- have a collaborative and supportive approach to inspire and motivate others
- have the skills to build on the existing excellent relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community
- be keen to positively promote the distinctive Christian character of the school
What the school offers its staff
The successful applicant will be supported by an experienced, motivated and hard-working leadership team and an enthusiastic team of teaching and support staff in working with our well-behaved pupils who are very keen to learn.
The new headteacher will have every opportunity to continue to further develop the school with the support of an experienced Governing Body. Our vision statement is deeply rooted in Christian theology and encapsulates who we are: a loving and caring school community where all are happy, valued and respected.
It also captures what we want for our pupils – to be courageous in their academic and life choices; to be strong and resilient learners who don’t give up when things are challenging.
Visits to the school by prospective candidates are both recommended and warmly welcomed.
