The Headteacher will be responsible for ensuring the educational success of the school and promoting the school and Trust vision of enabling all students to achieve their potential. They will provide professional leadership and management and must establish a culture that promotes excellence, equality and high expectations of all pupils.

  • can demonstrate substantial and proven leadership skills in a primary setting
  • shares our vision to provide a highly engaging curriculum
  • has experience in successful school improvement and development of effective teaching & learning
  • is able to communicate with, motivate and inspire staff and pupils
  • has a proven track record for securing the highest possible levels of attainment and achievement for all pupils, whatever their needs, abilities and circumstances
  • has experience in performance management, rigorous tracking and data analysis
  • is willing to make a significant commitment to the school and Trust
  • is resilient and an exceptional classroom practitioner
  • has a desire to play an active part in the strategic development of the academy and the Trust
