Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking a highly talented, caring and motivated member of staff to join our friendly and supportive team.

We offer an inclusive environment, friendly and enthusiastic children who have a love of learning, and excellent CPD opportunities. Applicants must have a HLTA qualification and/or experience of whole class teaching in KS2.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • knowledge of various teaching methods and experience of covering classes in KS2
  • an ability to build good working relationships with both pupils and adults
  • good literacy and numeracy skills
  • good organisational skills
  • flexibility and creativity
