What skills and experience we're looking for
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you
will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.
You will provide PPA cover and other cover as required at whole class level, along with other opportunities to provide targeted support to children in smaller groups.
Plan and deliver lessons, under the guidance of
teaching staff and, in line with the school’s curriculum offer.
Lead small group activities and interventions to support learning and personal development.
Provide focused support for children with special educational needs or for those who have additional barriers to learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to assess children’s progress and contribute to the development of individual education plans.
