What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team in our Special Resource base (SRB). You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the academy, contributing to an environment where every pupil can thrive.Whether in administration, operations, pastoral support or specialist services, your work will directly support our mission to deliver the best possible education.

About You

  • Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
  • Level 3 qualification in English and Maths (A Level), or equivalent.
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to work with small groups or whole classes.
