We are looking for an inspirational HLTA to join our thriving and busy school. We are proactive in meeting the challenge around the SEN and SEMH needs of our children and are seeking a new member of our team.
You would be responsible for:
- Supporting the SEN and inclusion needs of children from across the school
- Leading small group intervention for pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
- Liaising with teachers, SLT, professionals and parents on the provision and progress of pupils
- Engaging hard-to-reach pupils in the school community and helping them overcome behavioural and social barriers.
- Acting as an alternate DSL and attending safeguarding meetings
