Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary
As HLTA, the candidate will play a vital role in supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of students who have been excluded from mainstream education. This role will combine both academic and pastoral responsibilities, providing tailored 1:1 and group intervention support for pupils with a range of educational and behavioural needs. The candidate will work closely with the SENCo and the Designated Teacher to ensure effective support strategies are identified, implemented, and evaluated; promoting engagement and fostering positive outcomes for pupils.
