Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), working towards HLTA status or at an equivalent level? If so, we would love to hear from you. 

As a HLTA working under the direction and the agreed system of supervision of a qualified teacher, you will be supporting the planning, delivery and assessment of the learning activities. Your role will include delivering high-quality learning opportunities, mostly covering PPA time and will play a key role in advancing pupils’ learning across the curriculum.

You will have a strong understanding of the HLTA standards, excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and promote the inclusion of all pupils.
