What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a talented, appropriately qualified and experienced HLTA to join our staff team and assist staff and pupils in a small garden SEN provision. In order to support this position and to secure excellent outcomes for our pupils, we can offer ongoing training and professional development.

demonstrates excellent oral literacy and possesses a good standard of maths and English qualifications

has high expectations for children’s learning and behaviour, and can apply these consistently;

can build positive relationships with children, colleagues, professionals and parents.
