Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

We currently have vacancies for Higher Level Teaching Assistants for the new academic year at Trumpington Park Primary School. You will be working as part of a large, friendly, flexible and supportive team supporting pupils in key stages one and two. The role may involve some whole-class teaching, leading group interventions as well as supporting individual pupils with a range of needs. You will also be expected to be prepare some lesson resources and participate in the marking of pupils’ work. Your deployment may vary according to the needs of the children throughout the year. You will also be required to undertake midday supervision of pupils and a willingness to undergo first-aid training would be desirable. Trumpington Park Primary School is ideally situated within easy access of the M11 motorway, guided busway and close to Cambridge city centre. You will be responsible to the Headteacher.
