What we offer:

  • Guaranteed 10% PPA time each week to ensure you can plan and prepare effectively.
  • A minimum of five hours of Unqualified Teacher pay per week, providing the opportunity to develop your teaching experience.
  • Flexible working hours – open to discussion with the Headteacher to accommodate your needs.
  • Access to peer reviews, school improvement support, and personalised professional development through the Agora Learning Partnership.
  • A supportive and collaborative staff environment, with an emphasis on staff wellbeing, including protected time after school on several days each week.
