We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic, professional HLTA, who understands the learning and pastoral needs of primary children, to join our team. We are looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly,
  • Experienced in delivering cover for Class Teachers,
  • Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn,
  • Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children,
  • Able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed,
  • Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills,
  • Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently,
  • Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
