What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an HLTA and various Teaching Assistants to our 2 Federated schools asap

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a an excellent team player but is also able to work using their own initiative
• Is kind and caring and has high expectations of children
• Has experience of working in a primary school with children who have additional needs
• Is flexible and adaptable
• Enjoys working with children and has the ability to motivate them to achieve their potential

As an HLTA, you will be required to work with individuals or small groups of children under the direction of the class teacher. You will also be required to cover classes at both schools.
