This is a term-time only role - 31.25 hours per week

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.15pm

Would you like a fulfilling job where you will be making a real difference? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Teaching Assistant team at Bar Hill Primary School! You will be part of a very friendly team working as a general Teaching Assistant supporting class teachers in their roles with small group work and pupil interventions. This is a rewarding and vital role supporting the learning and well-being of our children and you will see their progress every day! An element of your duties will also include preparation of fantastic teaching resources/class displays and will also include midday supervision during the children’s lunchbreak.

Will have achieved GCSE English & Mathematics Grade C (4/5) or above or equivalent

Has some experience of working with children

Will possess outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team

Demonstrates an understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
