Contract: 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time + inset days)

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional HLTA to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly,
- Experienced in delivering cover for Class Teachers,
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn,
- Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children,
- Able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed,
- Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills,
- Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently,
- Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
