Manor Green School is a large and highly successful special school educating c300 students aged 2-19, who, due to their complex needs, require significant specialist support to succeed academically and achieve their full potential.

The Link is a child and young person-centred provision which is outcome focused to ensure the continued education of students in a supportive and nurturing environment. It caters for students who, because of exclusion or other reasons, would not receive a suitable full-time education in a mainstream setting.

This role within the Primary Link will work with students from reception to year three depending on the intake.

Primary SEMH Teacher
Main Scale + SEN (London fringe)

Are you an experienced early years or primary Teacher who is used to working in a fast-paced environment? In this role you will need an understanding of nurture to ensure the nurture principles are embedded into the classroom environment. You will also need experience of working with challenging behaviour and know how to support students to regulate.
Teaching includes planning, preparation, delivery, assessment, evaluation and reporting responsibilities. You will work collaboratively with other Link staff in order to create and maintain outstanding opportunities for our students. You will also work closely with the students’ families and other professionals.
