Hours: 31.25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) / Pastoral Support to play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across our school.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with teachers to plan, deliver and adapt learning activities for individuals, groups and whole classes. You will also provide short-term class cover when required, ensuring continuity of learning and effective behaviour management.

As an HLTA/Pastoral Support, you will lead and support a team of teaching assistants, contribute to the development of a specialist area (such as SEND, EAL or curriculum support), and help monitor and assess pupil progress. You will play a vital role in promoting inclusion, supporting pupils’ social and emotional development, and creating a positive learning environment.
