What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you seeking a new challenge? We require a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive team at Westleigh St Paul’s Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the learning and achievement of pupils across all year groups, from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Year 6. Particularly developing the position for pupils with SEND.
Creating an inspiring and purposeful learning environment that supports pupils' progress and wellbeing, whilst upholding our high standards.

You will:
- Have experience of good behaviour management

- Have experience and are able to support children with SEND
