The Governors at Shuttleworth College are seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated HLTA to join the SEND department. This pivotal role is central to ensuring exceptional SEND provision across a year group, working closely with students, families and staff while providing leadership and support to Teaching Assistants to help every student achieve their full potential.
About the Role
•Lead and coordinate SEND provision across a year group
•Manage and support a team of Teaching Assistants
•Coordinate interventions, assessments and referrals
•Work closely with students, families, staff and external agencies
•Support EHCP processes, reviews and transition arrangements
