The successful candidate will support the horticulture provision across the academy, assisting students with practical activities and helping to maintain our horticultural facilities, including greenhouse environments. The role will involve working closely with teaching staff to provide engaging and safe learning experiences.

In addition to supporting horticultural learning, the post holder will undertake garden maintenance duties after the school day, working from 3.45 pm to 5.00 pm. These duties will include the upkeep and development of the academy gardens and horticultural areas, ensuring they remain safe, well-presented, and productive throughout the year.

Brymore is a State Boarding School for boys aged 11 - 17 set in its own 60 acre site in the Quantocks, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with a working farm, gardens, workshops and sports facilities which are fully utilised in the delivery of the curriculum to over 320 students of which 130 are boarders.
