is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Sports Facilities team as Casual Sports Facilities Assistants.This is an exciting opportunity tosupportthe day-to-day operation of our sports facilities while helping to deliver an outstanding experience for students, members, visitors, and the wider community.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supportingthe safe and efficient operation of the College's sports facilities.
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional reception service.
- Managing bookings, memberships, and customer enquiries through our membership systems.
- Delivering gym inductions and a variety of fitness classes and activity sessions.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across the facilities.
- Processing customer payments andsupportingday-to-day administration.
- Creating engaging social media content to help promote our facilities, events, and memberships.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures andsupportingweekend and event activities as required.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals who:
- Hold, or are working towards, a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
- Have experience in a leisure, fitness, sports, education, or customer-facing environment.
- Are passionate about health, fitness, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Have strong communication and IT skills.
- Can work effectively bothindependentlyand as part of a team.
- Are reliable, professional, andcommittedto maintaining high standards.
