HR Administrator job summary
Key responsibilities:
The postholder will be required to:
Lead the onboarding process for colleagues joining the schools across the Trust, including conducting vetting checks and issuing contracts
Manage the HR inboxes and respond to queries from schools in a professional, timely and accurate manner
Update the HR system (Every) in a timely and accurate manner
Complete payroll administrative duties, working with the Payroll Lead
Produce and analyse HR data reports for various stakeholders
Review and recommend improvements to HR processes within the Every system
Maintain great relationships with stakeholders, including the schools, Shared Services and candidates.

Able to work with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
Highly organised with excellent administrative skills and able to work under pressure.
Flexible, with a ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to work independently.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be able to build effective working relationships and work well as part of a busy team.
Be highly proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel and ideally have experience of using HRMIS software.
Be supportive of the core values and ethos of Maiden Erlegh Trust.
The role is hybrid, working at our Shared Services site on a regular basis, with some travel to schools within the Trust.
