Term Time plus 1 week

Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:15pm

30 hours per week

Working hours/pattern are negotiable, however the successful

candidate must be able to work 5 days per week.

Salary: £25,584 – £27,711 FTE

Actual Salary: £17,951 – £19,443 p.a.

The Role

The Denbigh Alliance is looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our team. If you’re ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Building strong relationships is at the heart of what we do. As an HR Administrator, you will work closely with staff across our Trust’s schools, supporting them in their professional journeys and ensuring their wellbeing. You will also liaise with various stakeholders, maintaining collaborative partnerships that align with our core Trust values of Care, Education, and Opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to HR enquiries, maintaining accurate records and databases and providing vital support to our HR Advisors and Recruitment Lead. Key responsibilities also include onboarding new starters, managing absences and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practice across the Trust.

We are looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy individual who can quickly adapt to new systems and processes. Previous experience or a qualification in HR is essential, and experience in the education sector is desirable.
