As our HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding, to absence management and record keeping, helping to create a smooth and professional experience for our staff.

What you will do.

  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including advertising vacancies and arranging interviews
  • Support onboarding of new staff, including right to work checks and contract preparation
  • Maintain accurate and confidential staff records and HR systems
  • Help ensure compliance with safeguarding and employment legislation
  • Provide first line support for HR queries with a friendly and professional approach
