We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to support the smooth delivery of our onboarding, vetting and transactional HR processes. Acting as a first point of contact for new starters, employees and managers, you will play a key role in ensuring that pre-employment checks are completed efficiently and compliantly, including right to work, DBS, reference and qualification checks where required.

You will coordinate onboarding activities, prepare contracts and new starter documentation, maintain accurate employee records and support payroll processes by ensuring employee data and contractual changes are processed accurately and within agreed timescales. The role will also involve liaising with managers and colleagues across the organisation to ensure a positive onboarding experience and smooth transition for new employees.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. You will work closely with colleagues across HR, Recruitment and Payroll to provide efficient, customer-focused support and ensure compliance with internal procedures and statutory requirements. Previous administrative experience is essential, and experience in HR, payroll administration, employee onboarding or vetting processes would be advantageous.
