HR Administrator job summary

We are seeking a conscientious and organised HR Administrator to join our team at the Laurus Trust. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for HR administration throughout the full employee lifecycle, providing effective support to managers across the Trust. We welcome applications for term-time and/or part-time working arrangements.

Job Purpose 

  • Provide confidential HR administrative support, including the preparation of documents and reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Manage the central email inbox and telephone queries in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service

Key Skills & Experience

  • Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment.
  • Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous
