Your role:
Join Thomas Deacon Education Trust as our HR Administrator and play a key role in supporting staff across our academies. You’ll manage HR queries, maintain accurate records, and assist with recruitment, payroll and training. You’ll be part of a supportive HR team where your attention to detail, communication skills and ability to work independently will be highly valued.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR career, with the chance to complete a Level 3 HR Apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience. Strong admin skills are essential, and while HR knowledge is a bonus, we’ll support you every step of the way. If you’re a great communicator who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a flexible hybrid role. Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time hours, we can offer a schedule that works for you.
