Reports to: Director of HR

Location: Hamstead Hall Academy Trust

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full time 36.5 hours per week/ Term time only plus 4 weeks

Salary: Support Staff Pay Scale Grade 3

Hamstead Hall Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic HR Advisor. You will play a key role in delivering high quality HR support across our academies, helping us to shape an environment where our staff can thrive, and our students can succeed. This is a great opportunity for a hard-working individual, who is looking to join an established HR department and support our trust.

As HR Advisor you will-

  • Provide hands on HR support and advice to leaders and staff across all academies within the trust
  • Support aspects of casework including attendance, performance, conduct, and grievance matters
  • Advise on policy, compliance, and employee relations in line with employment law and education specific regulations
  • Work with the Director of HR and leaders to build a positive, inclusive, and high performing culture
  • Support the development of new initiatives and system
  • Have experience in an HR Advisor or similar level role
  • Have a strong knowledge of current employment law and HR best practice in schools
