Working pattern

Full time: The post is term-time (38 weeks) plus five teacher training days per annum, plus a further four weeks to be worked during school holiday; a total of 43 weeks. 37 hours per week working Monday to Friday based on 08:30 – 16:40 however there can be some flexibility and these will be determined with the successful candidate alongside the needs of the department.

Actual Salary based on hours and weeks worked is calculated at £32,189- £34,733 subject to any continuous service.

What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional to play a key role in the delivery of high quality HR services to over 240 teaching and support staff. The school has recently undergone extensive building work to create fantastic state of the art working facilities.
