What skills and experience we're looking for

As our HR and Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient, professional and compliant HR and recruitment service across the Trust. Acting as the first point of contact for HR and recruitment queries, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from advertising vacancies and managing safer recruitment checks through to issuing contracts, maintaining employee records, supporting workforce reporting and performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE). Working closely with school leaders and operational staff, you will help ensure the Trust attracts, recruits and retains high-quality staff while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
