HR Apprenticeship job summary
As a HR apprentice you will have a key role in supporting our HR team and the schools within our trust. You will gain hands on experience with various HR activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, recruitment and administrative tasks such as maintaining records on our HR and payroll systems. You will also assist in supporting our training, wellbeing, diversity and sustainability initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to start there HR career and to gain valuable experience along side completing a level 3 CIPD apprenticeship qualification.
This position is part of the central team of BDMAT and the role will involve travel to different schools within the trust with a hybrid work from home contract.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Responding to staff and school queries via our helpdesk
- Processing monthly payroll administrative tasks
- Visiting schools to support with compliance of HR files
- Supporting with pension queries
- HR Administrative tasks
- Working with the team and schools on projects and initiatives

- Salary -£23,656 per annum NJC Pay Scale 2
- 37 hours per week Monday- Friday
- 28 Days holiday + bank holidays
