You will be a confident HR practitioner with significant experience of advising leaders in complex environments, ideally within the education sector. As well as leading on the interpretation and application of employment policies, you will support organisational development, workforce planning, recruitment and retention initiatives, and the delivery of continuous professional development priorities across the Trust.

We are looking for someone who:

Builds strong relationships and quickly earns the confidence of leaders and colleagues.

Combines sound professional judgement with a pragmatic and solution-focused approach.

Has experience of managing a broad range of employee relations casework.

Shares our commitment to inclusion, collaboration and achieving the very best outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

Thrives in a varied role where every day brings new opportunities and challenges.

In return, we can offer:

The opportunity to make a meaningful difference across a specialist SEND Trust.

A supportive and collaborative trust leadership team.

Ongoing professional development and opportunities to further develop your expertise.

A competitive salary, Local Government Pension Scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.

Flexible working arrangements, with the exact working pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate.

The role is based at our Trust offices in Kettering, although regular travel between Trust sites will be required. Flexibility, adaptability and a strong commitment to partnership working are essential.
