This is a senior, Trust‑wide role, working closely with Principals, Executive Leaders and the Chief Operating Officer.

The role will play a central part in shaping both the strategic and operational development of HR across the Trust.

Success in the role will depend on the ability to build strong, trusted and impactful relationships with all stakeholders, supporting improvement, consistency and confidence in people management across the Trust.
