What skills and experience we're looking for

We have a parttime vacancy for an HR Business Support Assistant to join and enhance our excellent HR team at Learning in Harmony Trust.

You will provide valuable support in relation to the Human Resources operations of the trust and will focus on recruitment, onboarding support, payroll and pension scheme administration.

We are seeking a candidate with strong administrative skills who can work on their own initiative whilst equally valuing the importance of working together as a team. Full training and support will be provided, along with opportunities to develop knowledge and skills in all areas of Human Resource management.
