We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our collaborative Midlands regional team.This is a varied and rewarding role, providing day-to-day HR and recruitment support to 12 schools across the Midlands, including schools in Birmingham, Tamworth, Burton Upon Trent, Milton Keynes and Loughborough.

You will bring:
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent
* Experience working in HR and/or payroll administration
* Confidence using HR Management Systems and digital tools
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* A commitment to safeguarding and to Lift Schools' mission and values
