HR Coordinator (part-time) job summary
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Salary (actual): £10,108 - £10,550 per annum
Location: James Elliman Academy, Slough
Hours: 14.4 hours per week
Work pattern: Mondays & Tuesdays, 8.00am-4.00pm
Working weeks: Term Time Only (38 weeks per annum)

The Park Federation Academy Trust is a community-focused Multi-Academy Trust, comprising of ten primary academies across Buckinghamshire, Hillingdon and Slough, supporting 6,000 students and employing 850 staff.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, the primary duties of the HR Coordinator are to support the HR Advisors on the administration of employee relation matters and to coordinate occupational health.
The HR Coordinator will also support other HR colleagues with general administrative tasks.
Please note this role is a job share, working Mondays and Tuesday during term time.

Your Experience & Qualifications
You will have recent office experience with an interest in HR.

The ideal candidate needs to be highly organised, able to think on their feet and willing to support others in the team when required.
